We’re looking for a creative and skilled Content Creator / Camera Operator / Video Editor ready to produce high-impact visual content for digital platforms, social media, and beyond.

Content Creator: Key Responsibilities

Production & Recording

  • Plan and organize video shoots from start to finish.

  • Operate professional cameras, drones, phones, microphones, lighting, and sound equipment independently.

  • Capture high-quality footage that meets production standards for TV, film, and online content.

Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit and assemble video and audio: cutting, color grading, sound design, and mixing.

  • Add graphics, motion effects, and animations using tools like After Effects.

  • Adapt each project to the right format — whether for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or streaming platforms.

Creative Direction & Storytelling

  • Develop ideas, concepts, and scripts that engage and inspire.

  • Define visual styles, tone, and narrative flow.

  • Master the art of visual storytelling — turning raw footage into meaningful stories that connect with audiences.

Digital Distribution & Optimization

  • Create football related content optimized for social media algorithms and online trends.

  • Tailor videos to specific audiences and digital platforms to maximize reach and engagement.

Content Creator: Requirements

  • Advanced video editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent (Avid, DaVinci Resolve).

  • Proven experience as an independent camera operator.

  • Intermediate level in After Effects (rotoscoping, speed curve handling, etc.).

  • Experience with Vmix, CapCut, or similar editing software.

  • Familiarity with automation tools and generative AI platforms is a big plus.

  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
